Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from loose debris, dust, grease, or old sealant. Use a suitable cleaning agent if necessary.
- Application: Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size. Apply the sealant evenly to the joint or area requiring sealing. Use a caulking gun for even application.
- Smoothing: Smooth the sealant bead with a wet finger or a smoothing tool.
- Curing: Allow the sealant to cure completely as per the manufacturer's instructions (typically 24-72 hours) before exposing it to water or heavy use.
Compatibility: The sealant is compatible with a wide range of materials, including:
- Ceramic
- Acrylic
- PVC
- Metal
- Glass
- Wood
*Always test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application to ensure compatibility.*
Care: Clean tools and excess sealant immediately with a suitable solvent. Once cured, the sealant is generally maintenance-free. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
