FAQs

Can the LED bulbs be replaced?

The LEDs are integrated into the mirror's design for longevity and generally do not require individual replacement.

Is the brightness adjustable?

Yes, the mirror features dimmable LEDs that allow you to customize the intensity to your preference.

Does it include wall mounting hardware?

The mirror is designed with mounting points, but you should use hardware appropriate for your specific wall material.

What are the dimensions of the mirror?

The mirror measures 90 cm in width and 60 cm in height.

Does the memory function work if the mirror is unplugged?

Troubleshooting

Lights will not turn on

Check that the power cord is firmly plugged into both the wall outlet and the mirror base.

Ensure your fingers are clean and dry, as moisture can interfere with the touch sensors.

Charging port is not powering devices

Verify that the mirror's power cable is connected to a live outlet and that the charging cable used for the device is functional.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Large surface area ideal for full-view makeup application
Versatile mounting options for different room layouts
Built-in charging ports keep devices powered during use

Wall-mounting hardware must be carefully checked for wall material compatibility

Setup, Compatibility & Care

For tabletop setup, ensure the metal base is tightened securely to the mirror housing before placing it on a level surface. If you prefer wall mounting, use appropriate anchors suitable for your wall type (drywall, brick, etc.) to ensure the weight of the mirror is fully supported. To clean the mirror, use a soft, dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For smudges, a small amount of glass cleaner applied to a cloth is sufficient. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals directly on the bulbs or the touch-sensitive panel.
