FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for Olympic lifting?
Yes, the TPU lateral support and stable heel clip provide a solid base for most weightlifting movements.
Can I wash these in a machine?
It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers, as it can damage the performance foam and structural adhesives.
What material is the upper made of?
The upper is constructed from high-quality, breathable polyester.
Do these shoes provide good arch support?
The internal construction is designed to support the foot during athletic movements, though you may add custom orthotics if required.
Are these trainers true to size?
Yes, the Nano series generally adheres to standard sizing conventions for adult trainers.
Troubleshooting
Foot feels unstable during heavy lifting
Ensure the laces are pulled tight to engage the heel clip and lateral overlays effectively.
Material appears dirty after gym use
Lightly brush the exterior with a dry brush and spot clean with a dampened microfiber cloth.
Trainer feels too stiff for running
The Nano series is built for agility and lifting; for long-distance road running, consider a specialized running model.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your trainers, follow these maintenance tips:
- Fit Check: Ensure the size fits snugly without pinching, as the upper material is designed to provide a locked-in feel.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dust and dirt from the polyester upper. For stains, wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid soaking the shoes.
- Storage: Always store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the performance foam and TPU components.
- Air Out: Remove the insoles after particularly sweaty sessions to allow the moisture-wicking properties of the material to work effectively.
