It comes fitted with A2 Liveryman cutter and comb blade sets, suitable for all coat types.

The clipper is designed for cordless use with the battery pack. While it comes with a mains cable, it is primarily for charging the battery or for models that support corded operation if available.

The product comes with a 2-year warranty.

After each use, brush away hair and then generously apply clipper oil to the blades. For deeper cleaning, blades can be removed and cleaned according to the care instructions.

The brushless motor offers greater efficiency, a longer lifespan (up to 10,000 hours), reduced noise, and lower vibration compared to traditional motors.

The USB port on the battery pack can be used to charge standard USB-powered devices, such as smartphones. It functions like a portable power bank.

Ensure the battery pack is securely attached and fully charged. Check if the power level indicators on the battery are illuminated.

Clean the blades thoroughly and re-oil them. Ensure the blades are correctly tensioned and properly fitted. Check for any blockages in the clipper head or vents.

Ensure the multi-vent areas are clear of debris. Allow the clipper to cool down between extended clipping sessions if necessary. Make sure blades are properly lubricated.

Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the battery and a functioning power outlet. Clean the charging contacts on the battery and charger if they appear dirty.

Ensure the blades are properly assembled and tensioned. Check for any loose parts or debris buildup around the motor or head. If vibration persists, contact customer support.
