Nike trainers generally fit true to size, but consider your preferred sock thickness. If you have wide feet, you may want to try them on later in the day when feet are naturally slightly more swollen.
The insole is designed for the shoe's specific performance profile, but it can typically be removed to accommodate low-profile custom orthotics if necessary.
The construction features a mix of synthetic, textile, and sometimes leather components depending on the specific variant to balance durability and weight.
Wipe the outsole with a damp cloth or a dedicated court grip pad to remove accumulated dust or debris.
Ensure the laces are not tied too tightly across the midfoot and check that your socks are moisture-wicking to prevent bunching.
To ensure peak performance, lace the shoes snugly to engage the lockdown system without restricting circulation. These trainers are primarily compatible with indoor basketball surfaces. To maintain the integrity of the materials, wipe the outsoles with a dry microfiber cloth after each use to remove dust buildup, which can compromise traction. If the uppers become soiled, use a mild detergent mixed with water and a soft-bristled brush, then allow them to air dry away from direct sunlight or extreme heat sources.
