Troubleshooting
Tablet won't turn on
Ensure the tablet is charged. Connect the AC adapter and check if the charging indicator appears. Try holding the power button for an extended period (15-20 seconds) to force a restart.
Wi-Fi connection is slow or unstable
Restart your router and the tablet. Ensure you are within range of the Wi-Fi signal. Try connecting to the 5GHz band if available, as it often has less interference. Check for any available Wi-Fi driver updates within the tablet's settings.
Apps are crashing or freezing
Close the problematic app and reopen it. Clear the app's cache and data via the tablet's settings (Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage). Ensure the tablet's operating system and the app are updated to their latest versions. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Touchscreen is unresponsive
Clean the screen with a soft cloth. Restart the tablet. If the issue persists, check for any software updates that might address touch screen drivers. If physical damage is suspected, contact customer support.
Cannot connect to an external display via HDMI
Ensure the Mini HDMI cable is securely connected to both the tablet and the display. Verify that the external display is set to the correct input source. Check if the HDMI output resolution is compatible with your display (try 720P @ 60Hz if 1080P @ 30Hz is not supported). Restart both devices.
