Troubleshooting
Apple Watch won't turn on or charge
Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the watch and the power adapter, and that the adapter is plugged into a working outlet. Try a different outlet or charging brick. Let it charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power it on.
Battery drains too quickly
Check battery usage in the Watch app on your iPhone (General > Battery). Reduce background app refresh for infrequently used apps. Disable 'Raise to Wake' or lower screen brightness. Ensure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are on your iPhone for efficient communication. Consider restarting both your iPhone and Apple Watch.
Cellular connectivity isn't working
Verify that your cellular plan for Apple Watch is active with your carrier. Check the cellular status on your watch (swipe up from the watch face to see Control Center). Ensure 'Airplane Mode' is off. Try restarting both your Apple Watch and iPhone, then attempt to reconnect.
Screen is unresponsive or frozen
Force restart your Apple Watch by pressing and holding both the Digital Crown and the side button for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. Release both buttons and allow the watch to restart.
Health metrics (e.g., heart rate, ECG) are inaccurate or not recording
Ensure your Apple Watch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too loose or too tight. Clean the back of the watch and your wrist. Update both your watchOS and iOS to the latest versions. If issues persist, recalibrate your watch by resetting fitness calibration data in the Watch app (My Watch > Privacy > Reset Fitness Calibration Data).
