The Clinique Liquid Facial Soap is designed for individuals with combination oily to oily skin who need an effective, dermatologist-developed cleanser that removes impurities without stripping essential moisture. It excels at creating a soft, non-drying lather that leaves the skin feeling balanced and refreshed; however, users who prefer fragrant skincare products may find the fragrance-free nature of this soap less sensory than expected.

Yes, it is fragrance-free and dermatologist-developed, making it generally well-tolerated by sensitive skin types, though a patch test is always recommended.
It is designed to cleanse the skin, but for heavy or waterproof makeup, a dedicated makeup remover is recommended prior to using the soap.
Yes, this specific 'Oily' formula is tailored for combination oily to oily skin types.
With twice-daily use, the 400ml bottle typically lasts between 4 to 6 months depending on the amount dispensed per wash.
Please check your local municipal recycling guidelines for the specific plastic type indicated on the bottom of the bottle.
Rinse the pump nozzle with warm water to dissolve any dried soap buildup and try pressing again.
Ensure you are using lukewarm water rather than hot water, as hot water can contribute to moisture loss.
Apply gentle pressure to the pump to release a smaller portion rather than pressing the nozzle all the way down.
To begin using, unlock the pump by turning it counter-clockwise until it pops up. This cleanser is best used as a preparatory step before applying toner and moisturizer; it is fully compatible with the rest of the Clinique 3-Step line. To maintain the integrity of the product, store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After each use, ensure the pump nozzle is free of dried soap crust to maintain a consistent dispensing flow. If the product remains unused for an extended period, wipe the nozzle clean with a damp cloth to prevent blockage.
