Troubleshooting
Zipper is stuck
Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. Ensure no fabric is caught in the teeth. A small amount of graphite from a pencil on the zipper teeth can sometimes help.
Piping appears uneven
Gently adjust the piping with your fingers. If the insert is too large or too small, it can affect the appearance of the piping. Ensure the correct size insert is used.
Fabric looks creased after storage
As the product is dry clean only, professional steaming or a very low heat iron on the reverse side (with a protective cloth) may be required. Always test on an inconspicuous area first or consult a professional dry cleaner.
