Ensure a fully charged M18™ battery is correctly inserted or that the AC power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check the power button and mode selection.
Reduced brightness or short runtime.
The battery may be low; try a fully charged battery. If using AC power, ensure the selected power mode is appropriate for the desired runtime. Clean the light heads if they appear obstructed.
Light heads are difficult to adjust.
Ensure no debris is obstructing the joint. Gently rotate the heads to free them; avoid forcing them. If persistent, contact customer support.
Magnetic base is not holding securely.
