The HOMCOM Folding Computer Desk is an ideal solution for remote workers, students, or hobbyists living in compact apartments who need a dedicated workspace that does not compromise their living area. Its primary benefit is the ability to instantly transform a small nook into a functional office and fold it away when finished, though it is best suited for lighter tasks rather than heavy-duty professional workstation setups.

The desk generally arrives flat-packed and requires basic assembly of the frame components.
This desk is designed primarily for laptops and tablets; a large desktop PC tower may not fit securely on the surface.
While it is durable for standard office tasks, avoid placing heavy equipment exceeding 10-15kg on the surface to ensure longevity.
Yes, the smooth finish is non-porous and can be easily wiped down with a damp cloth.
The shelf is part of the structural design and is intended to remain in place to support the overall stability of the unit.
The desk works on carpet, but it is more stable on hard floors. If using on thick carpet, ensure it is pushed against a wall for extra support.
Ensure the desk is placed on a level floor and check that all bolts at the X-frame joints are fully tightened.
Check for any debris in the hinge points and ensure the desk is not overloaded with heavy items that could warp the frame alignment.
Setting up the desk is straightforward, requiring minimal tools to secure the folding mechanisms. To maintain its appearance and longevity, wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemical cleaners that may damage the finish. Ensure the desk is placed on a flat, level surface to utilize the folding mechanism correctly. Check the screws every few months to ensure they remain tight, especially since the folding action places frequent stress on the hinge points.
