The Moda In Pelle Ettala line generally follows standard UK sizing; however, since they are leather, they may stretch slightly to accommodate your foot shape over time.
While the leather is durable, it is not waterproof. It is recommended to avoid heavy rain to prevent water staining or damage to the leather surface.
Regularly wipe them down with a damp cloth and consider using a white-specific shoe polish or cream designed for leather footwear.
The structured design is tailored for a standard fit. If you are between sizes, you may want to consider your typical size or try them on with thin socks.
Store them in a cool, dry place using shoe trees to prevent deformation and keep the leather supple.
Use a specialized white leather cleaner or a soft, slightly damp cloth to gently buff the affected area.
Apply a high-quality leather conditioner to soften the material and help it regain flexibility.
Use shoe trees when not in use to maintain the natural shape of the loafer and minimize deep crease formation.
To ensure your Ettala shoes maintain their look, apply a leather protector spray before the first use to create a barrier against stains. Avoid getting the leather saturated with water; if they do become wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators. For cleaning, wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth and use a quality white leather cream periodically to nourish the hide and hide minor scuffs. Ensure you store them in a cool, dry place, ideally using shoe trees to help the leather retain its structured shape over time.
