The Oral-B Vitality Pro Electric Toothbrush in Lilac is designed for individuals seeking to upgrade their oral hygiene routine with the proven effectiveness of an electric toothbrush. Its key win lies in providing a superior clean compared to a manual brush, thanks to its three distinct brushing modes. While highly effective, users should note that, like many entry-level models, specific advanced features such as a pressure sensor or precise battery indicator might not be present, focusing instead on core cleaning performance.

For optimal performance, many users find it convenient to keep their Vitality Pro on the charging base when not in use. However, for battery longevity, it's recommended to fully discharge the battery occasionally and then fully recharge it.
Dentists and Oral-B recommend replacing your brush head every three months, or sooner if the bristles become splayed or worn. Indicator bristles (if present on your brush head) fading halfway are a visual cue to replace.
The Oral-B Vitality Pro is designed to be water-resistant and safe for use in damp bathroom environments, but it is not recommended to fully submerge the handle in water or use it directly under a shower stream for extended periods to prevent damage.
The Oral-B Vitality Pro features three distinct brushing modes to cater to different oral care needs. While the specific names of these modes are not provided in this information, typical modes often include 'Daily Clean' for standard brushing, 'Sensitive' for gentler care of sensitive areas, and another specialized mode like 'Whitening' or 'Massage'. Please refer to your product manual for exact mode descriptions.
Yes, the Oral-B Vitality Pro is suitable for sensitive teeth, especially when utilizing one of its three brushing modes designed for gentler cleaning. We recommend trying the 'Sensitive' mode (if available) for a softer brushing experience.
The battery life can vary based on usage frequency and selected brushing mode. While specific hours are not provided, a full charge should provide sufficient power for several days of regular twice-daily brushing. For detailed information, consult your product's user manual.
Ensure the toothbrush is fully charged. Place it on the charger for a full 16-hour charge, especially for the first use. Check that the charger is properly plugged into a working outlet and the connection to the toothbrush is secure.
First, try attaching a new brush head to ensure the issue isn't with a worn or damaged head. If the problem persists, ensure the handle is fully charged. If still not working, clean any debris from the metal shaft where the brush head attaches. If the issue continues, contact Oral-B customer support.
Periodically, fully discharge the toothbrush battery through normal use and then perform a complete recharge (e.g., 16 hours). This can help recondition the battery. Ensure the toothbrush isn't left on the charger constantly for extended periods beyond full charge, as this can sometimes affect battery longevity over time.
