FAQs

Are these shoes suitable for running?

Yes, they are designed as performance trainers with cushioning and traction suitable for running and general athletic activities.

How do I choose the right size for my child?

We recommend measuring the child's foot and comparing it to our standard UK sizing chart, ensuring a small gap at the toe for comfort.

Are the insoles removable?

The insoles are generally designed to be standard; please check if your specific pair has removable inserts for custom orthotics.

Can I put these trainers in the washing machine?

It is not recommended to machine wash these shoes, as the agitation and heat can damage the adhesives and cushioning materials.

What is the primary material used for the outsole?

The outsole is made from XT-900 rubber, which is specifically chosen for its durability and grip.

Troubleshooting

Visible dirt accumulation on the mesh

Use a soft brush to remove loose debris, followed by a gentle wipe-down with a damp, soapy cloth.

Outsole losing traction

Check the grooves for trapped pebbles or mud; clean the tread thoroughly to restore full grip.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your Saucony OMNI 9 trainers remain in peak condition, proper care is essential.

Care Instructions:

Routine Cleaning: Wipe down the mesh and synthetic overlays with a damp cloth after outdoor play to prevent deep-set stains.
Deep Cleaning: For heavier soil, use a soft-bristled brush with mild soap and water to gently scrub the surface; avoid submerging the shoes fully in water.
Drying: Air dry the trainers in a cool, shaded area away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to prevent warping or material damage.
Storage: Keep the shoes in a well-ventilated space to ensure any residual moisture evaporates completely.
