Full details
The PUMA Softride Slide is an ideal choice for adults seeking a blend of effortless comfort and casual style, perfect for post-workout recovery or relaxed daily activities. Featuring PUMA's signature Softride cushioning, these slides provide exceptional underfoot support with every step; however, users should note that as an open-toe sandal, they offer limited protection and are intended for casual, dry-weather environments rather than rugged terrain.

FAQs
Are these slides machine washable?
It is recommended to hand-clean them with a damp cloth rather than using a washing machine, which can damage the foam properties.
Can I wear these for long walks?
While cushioned, these slides are designed for casual recovery and short-distance wear, not for long-distance walking or hiking.
Do they provide arch support?
The footbed is contoured, which provides moderate arch support for daily comfort, though it is not a medically corrective orthotic.
Are these true to size?
Yes, they generally follow standard UK sizing for adult footwear.
What material is the strap made of?
The strap is made of a durable, synthetic material designed to be soft against the skin while maintaining its shape.
Troubleshooting
Footbed feels slippery when wet
Wipe the surface with a dry cloth and ensure your feet are free of excess lotion or oil before wearing.
Strap feels slightly tight initially
The material will naturally relax with heat from your feet; wear them for short periods to break them in comfortably.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Superior underfoot cushioning
- Lightweight and breathable design
- Easy to clean and maintain
- Versatile monochromatic color palette
- Convenient slip-on structure
Cons
- Not suitable for high-intensity athletic activities
- Open-toe design leaves feet exposed
- Limited arch support compared to structured performance sneakers
Setup, Compatibility & Care
These slides arrive ready to wear right out of the box with no assembly required. For the best fit, ensure you select your correct UK size, as the slides are designed for a standard adult foot profile. To keep your PUMA Softride Slides in prime condition, wipe the footbed and strap with a damp cloth and mild soap if they become soiled. Avoid leaving them in direct, intense sunlight for prolonged periods, as this can degrade the specialized cushioning material. If they become soaked, air-dry them away from heat sources like radiators to preserve the foam density.
