Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
These boots are designed for immediate play. Ensure they fit snugly but comfortably before your first session. Adjust the laces to your preference, paying attention to the foldover tongue for a secure and clean striking area.
Compatibility:
The low-profile, non-marking outsole is specifically designed for hard, flat, indoor court surfaces and well-maintained artificial turf pitches that do not shed excessively. They are not compatible with natural grass pitches or rougher artificial surfaces, as the outsole lacks the necessary stud depth and pattern for traction and could wear down prematurely.
Care:
- Cleaning: After use, wipe down the leather upper with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the leather. Allow the boots to air dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight.
- Storage: Store the boots in a cool, dry place, preferably in a shoe bag, to maintain their shape and prevent dust accumulation.
- Leather Care: Periodically use a leather conditioner to keep the upper supple and prevent drying or cracking, especially if the boots are frequently exposed to dry conditions.
