FAQs

What type of bulb does the Lampe Gras 411 Floor Lamp use?

The lamp uses a single E14 fitting bulb. An 11W LED bulb is recommended for optimal performance and energy efficiency.

What are the dimensions of the lamp?

The lamp has a height of approximately 1210 mm (121 cm) and a base diameter/width of approximately 920 mm (92 cm), though the reach of the arms extends this.

Can I adjust the height of the lamp?

The height of the lamp is fixed at approximately 1210 mm. Adjustments are made by positioning the articulated arms and lamp head.

What is the cable length?

The cable length is 2.1 meters.

What material is the lamp made of?

The lamp is primarily constructed from steel.

Where is this lamp made?

The country of origin is France.

How do I clean the lamp?

Troubleshooting

Lamp does not turn on

Ensure the power plug is securely inserted into a working outlet. Check that the bulb is correctly seated in the E14 socket and is not burnt out. Verify that the lamp's switch is in the 'on' position.

Light flickers or is dim

The E14 LED bulb may be nearing the end of its lifespan or is not compatible. Try replacing the bulb with a new, recommended E14 LED bulb (max 11W). Ensure the bulb is screwed in tightly.

Arm joints feel stiff or loose

For stiff joints, gently manipulate them through their range of motion. If joints are excessively loose, check for any visible screws that might need tightening (though the original design minimizes screws). Contact customer support if issues persist.

Lamp base is unstable

Ensure the lamp is placed on a flat, level surface. If the base itself is damaged, contact customer support as it may require professional repair.
