FAQs
Is this mug dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand-washing the Corzo Travel Mug to preserve the quality of the powder-coated finish and the longevity of the vacuum seal.
Does it fit in a standard car cup holder?
Yes, the 350ml design is built to fit within the dimensions of most standard vehicle cup holders.
Is the lid leak-proof?
The push-on lid is designed for spill resistance in upright positions but is not completely leak-proof if tipped over completely.
Can I use this for carbonated drinks?
It is not recommended, as carbonated drinks can create pressure within the sealed container, potentially causing the lid to pop off.
How long will my drink stay hot?
Due to the double-walled copper vacuum insulation, you can expect your drink to remain at a comfortable temperature for several hours.
Troubleshooting
Beverage is cooling down too quickly
Ensure the lid is pressed on firmly and that the gasket is seated correctly. Pre-warming the mug with boiling water before use can also significantly improve thermal performance.
Lid feels loose or insecure
Check the silicone seal on the lid for any debris or buildup. If the seal is warped or dirty, clean it with warm soapy water and ensure it is fully dried before reapplying to the mug.
Exterior finish shows water spots
The powder coating can sometimes show mineral deposits. Wipe down the exterior with a damp microfiber cloth to restore the clean appearance.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To get the best performance from your Corzo Travel Mug, pre-heat or pre-chill the container by filling it with hot or cold water for a few minutes before pouring in your beverage. This tempers the inner walls and extends the thermal retention time.
Care Instructions
- Hand Wash Only: To maintain the integrity of the spray powder coating and the vacuum seal, avoid using a dishwasher.
- Cleaning: Use a soft sponge and mild dish soap for the interior. Avoid abrasive scouring pads that might scratch the interior or exterior.
- Lid Maintenance: Regularly rinse the push-on lid to remove residue from the gasket. Ensure the gasket is properly seated to maintain the best fit.
