Troubleshooting
TSA lock is difficult to open or reset
Ensure you are using the correct combination. If resetting, follow the instructions carefully, often involving a small tool to press a reset button while setting the new code. Ensure the zipper pullers are fully seated in the lock mechanism before attempting to open.
Telescopic handle gets stuck
Check for any obstructions in the handle mechanism. Extend and retract the handle fully several times. Ensure the suitcase is on a flat surface when operating the handle.
Spinner wheels do not rotate smoothly
Inspect the wheels for debris, dirt, or tangled threads. Clean the wheels and check that they spin freely. If damage is visible, contact customer support.
Water-resistant coating appears to be failing
Minor wear is normal. For enhanced protection, consider using a fabric protector spray suitable for luggage, following product instructions. Check for tears or punctures in the fabric.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The telescopic handle can be extended by pressing the button on top and pulling it upwards. The 360° spinner wheels are pre-attached and require no user setup. The TSA indent lock comes with a default combination (usually 0-0-0) and can be reset according to the manufacturer's instructions to a personal code.
Compatibility: This suitcase is specifically designed to meet the checked baggage size requirements (86 × 58 × 31 cm) for airlines including British Airways, easyJet, Jet2, Wizz Air, Virgin Atlantic, Norwegian Airlines, and Swiss. Always double-check the most current baggage policies with your specific airline before travel, as dimensions and weight limits can vary.
Care: To clean the exterior, wipe it down with a slightly damp cloth. For stubborn marks, use mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the zippers are kept clean to prevent sticking. When not in use, store the suitcase in a cool, dry place, preferably with the TSA lock disengaged.
