No, this specific style runs small. We recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
The Samba Jane is primarily a lifestyle trainer designed for fashion and daily wear, not high-intensity athletic performance.
No, returns are not accepted if the included Care Bear charm is missing.
The strap uses a hook-and-loop closure; simply pull the strap to your desired tension and press it firmly against the corresponding patch.
The primary outer material is velvet, supported by a rubber sole.
Adjust the hook-and-loop strap to a looser setting or consider using a thinner sock to provide extra room.
Use a dry, soft-bristled shoe brush to gently sweep away dust. Avoid using water or liquid cleaners that could stain the velvet.
To ensure the longevity of the velvet material, avoid wearing these trainers in heavy rain or mud, as moisture can damage the nap of the fabric. For the best fit, we strongly recommend ordering a half-size or full-size larger than your standard trainer size, as the Samba Jane silhouette has a snug fit. If the trainers become dusty, gently brush the surface with a soft-bristled brush in the direction of the velvet fibers. Keep the detachable Care Bear charm in a safe place, as it is a required component for any potential returns.
