Troubleshooting
Basket feels unstable when stacked
Ensure you are using the correct SmartStore lids (sold separately) designed for stacking. Verify that the baskets are on a level surface and that items inside are distributed evenly.
Difficulty nesting baskets
Baskets are designed to nest without lids. Ensure no debris is lodged in the rims or handles that might prevent them from fitting snugly into each other.
Marks or scratches on the basket surface
The recycled plastic is durable but can be scratched by sharp objects. Use a soft cloth for cleaning and avoid contact with abrasive materials. Minor scratches are cosmetic and do not affect functionality.
