The Fred Perry Ripstop Pocket Overshirt is a versatile mid-layer designed for men who prioritize both utility and a classic aesthetic. Crafted from durable, lightweight ripstop nylon, it offers reliable resistance to tearing, making it an excellent choice for daily wear or transitional weather. While the regular fit allows for comfortable movement and layering, users should note that the nylon construction provides less thermal insulation than heavier wool or fleece alternatives.

Because this is an apparel item, no assembly is required; however, maintaining the technical fabric is crucial. To clean, machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners as they can degrade the specialized surface of the nylon. Always hang the garment to air dry rather than using a tumble dryer, as high heat may compromise the synthetic fibers or distort the zipper alignment. The shirt pairs best with denim or chinos to maintain a smart-casual aesthetic.
