Troubleshooting

Zipper is stuck

Gently try to move the zipper pull back and forth. Ensure no fabric is caught in the teeth. A small amount of lubricant like graphite pencil lead or wax can help.

Color fading after washing

Ensure washing with similar colors and using a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent and avoid harsh bleaching agents. Air drying can also help preserve color.

Cover seems too small for insert

Ensure the insert is the correct size (45x45 cm). Sometimes a slightly smaller insert can be used for a fuller look, or a slightly larger one for a looser fit. Ensure the cover's zip is fully open before inserting.
