FAQs
Are these gloves fully waterproof?
No, they feature a shower-resistant finish intended to repel light rain and moisture, but they are not fully waterproof.
Can I put these in the dryer?
It is recommended to air dry these gloves. High heat from a tumble dryer can damage the stretch fabric and the Smartouch components.
Will they work with all smartphones?
Yes, the Smartouch technology is compatible with most capacitive touchscreen devices, including iPhones, Androids, and tablets.
Do these gloves come in different sizes?
No, these gloves are designed as a one-size-fits-most style.
How do I clean them?
They are machine washable. Use a cold, gentle cycle and mild detergent, then hang them to air dry.
Troubleshooting
Touchscreen sensitivity is inconsistent
Ensure your fingertip is making firm contact with the screen. If the gloves are damp, dry them completely to improve conductivity.
Gloves feel slightly loose or tight
Since they are one-size-fits-most, gently stretch the fabric to adjust the fit or pull them taut at the wrist for a more secure feel.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
There is no setup required for these gloves; they are ready to wear out of the box. Compatibility-wise, the Smartouch technology is designed to work with most standard capacitive touchscreen devices. To maintain the integrity of the thermal lining and the Smartouch pads, follow these care guidelines: wash in cold water using a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent and avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as these can degrade the stretch properties and the touch-sensitive conductive material on the fingertips. Always allow the gloves to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to prevent damage to the fabric fibers.
