The adidas Supernova trainers are designed for adult males seeking a reliable, comfortable shoe for daily wear or light athletic training. These low-top sneakers offer a balanced combination of durability and stability through a non-slip design, making them an excellent choice for casual movement and routine exercise; however, users should note that while they are highly versatile for everyday activity, they are specifically optimized for light use rather than high-intensity competitive marathon running.

FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
They are ideal for light athletic activities and jogging, but not designed for high-intensity competitive racing.
How do I clean the white sections?
Use a specialized sneaker cleaner or a mild soap solution with a soft cloth to gently scrub the white surfaces.
Is the size UK 8.5 consistent with other adidas models?
Generally, adidas sizing is consistent across the Supernova series, but individual fit may vary based on foot shape.
Can these be worn in the rain?
While they feature non-slip properties, they are not waterproof and are better suited for dry conditions.
Are these suitable for people with wide feet?
The standard construction offers a regular fit; individuals with wider feet may find them snug and might prefer trying a half-size up if available.
Troubleshooting
Feeling discomfort after long periods of wear
Ensure the laces are not tied too tightly across the bridge of the foot, and verify that you are using the correct size for your arch type.
Outsole losing traction
Check the tread for embedded rocks or caked-on dirt and clean with a soft brush to restore grip.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your adidas Supernova trainers maintain their performance, follow these guidelines:
- Fit: Ensure you are wearing the correct UK size (8.5 for this variant) with athletic socks to prevent friction.
- Cleaning: Wipe the upper with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Avoid submerging in water or using harsh detergents which may degrade the material bonding.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent premature fading of the grey colorway.
- Maintenance: If the outsole becomes clogged with debris, use a soft-bristled brush to clear the tread, maintaining the non-slip effectiveness.
