Setup
- Unpack the boots and inspect for any manufacturing defects.
- Lace up the boots, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit. Adjust the laces to prevent slippage.
- Wear the boots indoors for short periods to begin the break-in process.
Compatibility
The DLX Renton Hiking Boots are designed to be compatible with standard hiking socks. They are suitable for use with various types of hiking gear.
Care
- Cleaning: After each use, remove any dirt or mud with a brush or damp cloth. For tougher stains, use mild soap and water.
- Drying: Allow the boots to air dry naturally, away from direct heat or sunlight.
- Maintenance: Apply a waterproofing treatment periodically to maintain the boots' water resistance. Check the laces and replace them if worn.
- Storage: Store the boots in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid storing them in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
