Yes, they generally follow standard adult UK sizing guidelines for a consistent fit.
No, while they have a running-shoe history, they lack the technical support and durability required for professional running.
The nylon and suede materials are not waterproof and should be protected from heavy rain.
Store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent the leather and dyes from fading.
Yes, if you require custom orthotics, the factory insoles can usually be removed.
The upper is primarily nylon with suede overlays and leather accents for durability.
Use a specialized suede brush or dry rubber eraser to gently lift stains.
Remove the insoles and allow the shoes to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat.
Use a shoe tree when not in use to maintain the shape of the nylon and leather upper.
To ensure your adidas SL 72 trainers remain in top condition, follow these guidelines. Since these are leather and suede-accented shoes, use a soft brush to remove loose dirt from the suede portions regularly. For the nylon sections, a damp cloth with mild soap is sufficient. Avoid machine washing or drying, as this can damage the leather adhesives and deform the foam midsole. When sizing, ensure you consult your standard UK size, as the fit is designed to accommodate typical adult sizing with a comfortable, secure lockdown.
