Full details

Its primary benefit is the hands-free slip-in design combined with supportive cushioning, making it ideal for those who value convenience. FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for wide feet?
The Stretch Fit® knit upper provides some adaptability. However, individuals with significantly wide feet may find them snug. It is recommended to try them on if possible or check customer reviews for fit feedback.
Can I wear these without socks?
Yes, these shoes are designed to be worn comfortably without socks, featuring a soft interior lining and breathable insole.
How do I wash these shoes?
You can machine wash them on a gentle cycle using cold water and a mild detergent. Air dry them afterward.
What does 'Heel Pillow®' mean?
The Heel Pillow® is a feature designed to provide a secure and comfortable fit around the heel, preventing slippage and adding cushioning.
Are these shoes good for walking long distances?
They offer good cushioning and support for casual walking and standing for extended periods. For very long-distance or strenuous walking, dedicated walking or running shoes might be more appropriate.
Is the instep strap adjustable?
The instep strap is typically fixed with a decorative rivet and is not designed to be adjustable. It contributes to the overall secure fit of the shoe.
What does 'vegan' mean in the product description?
It means the shoes are made entirely from synthetic materials and do not contain any animal-derived products.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight or loose.
The Stretch Fit® upper offers some flexibility. If still uncomfortable, consider trying a different size. Ensure the instep strap is not overly tightened if adjustable.
Difficulty slipping the shoe on.
Ensure the heel is fully accessible. Gently flex the shoe forward to help open the entry. The Heel Pillow® is designed to hold, not hinder, entry once positioned correctly.
Insole feels flat or lacks cushioning over time.
The Skechers Air-Cooled Goga Mat™ insole is designed for longevity. If cushioning diminishes, consider if the shoes have been subjected to excessive wear or moisture. Machine washing (as per care instructions) may help refresh them.
Knit upper appears to be snagging or fraying.
Avoid contact with sharp objects. If minor fraying occurs, careful trimming with scissors may be possible. For significant damage, consult customer service.
