Yes, Chilly's bottles are constructed from high-quality, BPA-free materials.
Use a thin straw brush with warm, soapy water to clean the inside of the straw, then rinse thoroughly.
Yes, the 350ml size is compact and fits most standard car and treadmill cup holders.
Check the official Chilly's website for specific replacement lids or straws if yours are lost or damaged.
Ensure the straw is firmly connected to the underside of the lid and that there are no kinks in the tubing.
Verify that the lid is screwed on evenly and that the internal silicone gasket is clean and properly seated.
Gently clean the affected area with a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasive chemicals that could damage the powder coat.
To prepare your bottle for first use, wash the container and the straw components with warm, soapy water and a bottle brush. Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly. While the bottle is robust, the artwork is best maintained through manual cleaning; avoid using harsh abrasive sponges or high-heat dishwashers, as these can compromise the exterior coating and the integrity of the straw seals. When storing, keep the lid slightly open if the bottle is wet inside to allow for proper airflow.
