The Chilly's Water Bottle 350ml is designed for commuters, students, and active individuals who value both aesthetic design and functional hydration. Featuring exclusive Space Cadet artwork by illustrator Niark1, this bottle excels at keeping beverages cold for hours thanks to its advanced vacuum insulation, though its compact 350ml capacity may require more frequent refills for those who drink large volumes of water throughout the day.

It is generally not recommended to use carbonated drinks as the pressure build-up can affect the seal and cause leaks.
To maintain the quality of the finish and the artwork, we strongly recommend hand washing.
While the vacuum insulation is excellent for cold drinks, the straw lid design is specifically intended for chilled beverages.
Yes, Chilly's bottles are constructed from high-grade stainless steel and are BPA-free.
Yes, the straw component is removable and replaceable for cleaning or maintenance.
Check that the straw is properly seated in the lid and not pressed against the bottom of the bottle.
Ensure the lid is screwed on straight and that the silicone gasket is seated correctly inside the cap.
To begin using your bottle, unscrew the lid and rinse the interior and straw with warm, soapy water before the first use. While the powder-coat finish is durable, it is recommended to wash the bottle by hand rather than using a dishwasher, as this protects the integrity of the Niark1 artwork and the vacuum seal over time. Ensure the straw is firmly connected to the lid before use. Avoid using the straw lid with hot liquids to prevent accidental scalding.
