Troubleshooting

Fabric loses its sheen or feels rough after washing.

Ensure you are washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and avoiding high heat during drying. Air drying or using a very low heat setting is recommended. Do not use harsh detergents or bleach.

Inconsistent fit despite adjustable waistband.

Verify that you have selected the correct size according to the product's sizing chart. The drawstring should be used in conjunction with the elasticated waistband for a secure fit.

Jacket zipper is sticking.

Gently try to move the zipper up and down. If it continues to stick, apply a small amount of graphite pencil lead or a tiny drop of lubricating oil (like silicone spray) to the zipper teeth and try again. Avoid forcing the zipper.
