FAQs

Can I use photos larger than 6x4 inches?

No, the apertures are specifically sized for 6x4 inch prints; anything larger will not fit behind the mount.

Is the glass tempered?

The frame features a clear, protective glass panel suitable for standard home display.

Does this frame include a stand for tables?

No, this model is designed exclusively for wall-mounted display.

How many photos can it hold?

The frame is designed to hold exactly nine 6x4 inch photos.

What is the overall size of the frame?

The total dimensions of the frame are 63cm in width and 48cm in height.

Can I paint the frame a different color?

While the frame is made of high-quality materials, modifying the finish will void the manufacturer's integrity, so we recommend using it as is.

Troubleshooting

Photos shifting behind the mount

Use a small piece of archival-safe tape on the back of the photo to secure it to the mount opening.

Glass looks cloudy after cleaning

Ensure you are using a clean microfiber cloth and check that all cleaning residue has been wiped away.

Difficulty mounting to the wall

Verify that your mounting hardware matches the weight requirements and use a spirit level to ensure the frame is straight.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To install, ensure your wall can support the weight of a framed piece of this size. Use appropriate wall anchors and screws for your wall type (drywall vs. masonry). To insert photos, lay the frame face down on a soft, clean surface to avoid scratching the glass. Remove the backing clips, slide your photos into the individual mount slots, and re-secure the backing. Clean the exterior glass only with a lint-free microfiber cloth and a gentle glass cleaner, avoiding excessive moisture near the frame edges.
