Product Information

Full details

During warm summer months horses can be bothered by flies, nats, horseflies and other pesky insects. This lightweight fly blanket is designed to protect your horse against them. It features a detachable neck and hood, which can be removed when flies and other insects are less active. The rug has a belly flap that fits snugly around the belly and fastens twice with hook-and-loop fasteners and surcingles, preventing it from shifting. Made from 100% Polyester with a fine-mesh fly screen, this blanket is ideal for hot weather. The neck cover and bonnet are detachable and attach to the blanket with hook-and-loop fasteners. It features front closures with buckles and is machine washable at 30 degrees. To wash, close the hook-and-loop fastener and place the rug in a laundry bag. It is preferable not to use fabric softener or tumble-dry.
