FAQs

Is the bag dishwasher safe?

No, the bag should never be placed in a dishwasher. Hand wipe only.

What colors are available?

The Slazenger Lunch Bag is available in classic Black and vibrant Pink color options.

Does this bag keep food cold?

The bag is designed with materials suitable for food storage, but it is recommended to use an ice pack to maintain cold temperatures for perishable items.

Can I fit a large water bottle in the main compartment?

The bag fits standard-sized bottles, but very large or tall water bottles may prevent the bag from zipping properly.

Is the material waterproof?

The PEVA lining is water-resistant, protecting the exterior from internal leaks, but the outer fabric is not fully waterproof.

Troubleshooting

Stubborn stains on the interior lining

Use a mixture of mild dish soap and warm water with a soft sponge to gently spot-clean the affected area.

Zipper feels stiff or difficult to close

Ensure the bag is not overfilled. If the zipper remains stiff, gently rub the teeth with a pencil lead (graphite) to act as a lubricant.

Lingering food odors

Leave the bag unzipped in a well-ventilated area for several hours, or wipe the interior with a weak solution of white vinegar and water.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This bag is ready to use immediately out of the packaging. To ensure the longevity of your Slazenger Lunch Bag, follow these care guidelines:

Routine Cleaning: Wipe the interior with a damp, soapy cloth after each use to remove crumbs or moisture.
Avoid Immersion: Do not submerge the entire bag in water, as this may compromise the structural integrity of the base.
Zipper Maintenance: Keep the zipper tracks free of debris to ensure a smooth glide.
Compatibility: The interior dimensions are best suited for standard rectangular or square meal containers. Avoid overstuffing with rigid, irregular items that may strain the fabric or zippers.
