Troubleshooting

Bottle is leaking

Ensure the screw cap is tightened securely. Check the seal on the cap for any debris or damage and clean if necessary.

Difficulty opening or closing the ONE top

Check for any obstructions around the mechanism. Ensure the cap is properly seated before attempting to open or close. Rinse the mechanism with water if it feels stiff.

Water has an unusual taste or smell

Wash the bottle thoroughly with warm water and mild soap, ensuring all internal surfaces are cleaned. Rinse well and allow to air dry completely. If the issue persists, consider a deeper clean or replacing the bottle.

Cloudiness or scratches on the bottle surface

This may occur with normal use or improper cleaning. For cloudiness, ensure no harsh detergents were used. For scratches, while difficult to remove, proper care can prevent further damage. Gentle cleaning with a soft cloth is advised.
