Use a soft brush or cloth to remove dirt and debris. For stains, use a suede cleaner and a specialized brush.

The sandals are not fully waterproof. Avoid excessive exposure to water to prevent damage.

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

The Soft Footbed is a special insole made of foam that provides extra cushioning and comfort.

The footbed is not designed to be replaced, but with proper care it should last for a long time.

They are made in the EU.

Wear them for short periods initially to allow the footbed to mold to your feet.

Contact Birkenstock customer service or a shoe repair shop for assistance with buckle replacement.

Adjust the buckles on the straps to loosen them for a more comfortable fit. Ensure you have the correct size.

Use a suede cleaner and a specialized brush to remove the stain. Test the cleaner on a small, inconspicuous area first.

The Soft Footbed may need a short break-in period to conform to your foot. Wear the sandals for short periods initially to allow for this.

If the rivets come loose, seek professional repair. Do not attempt to reattach them yourself unless you have the appropriate tools.
