FAQs
How do I know which size to order?
Crocs generally recommends sizing down one full size for this model. If you are typically a UK 8, you should consider ordering a UK 7.
What are these flip-flops made of?
They are constructed from Croslite, a proprietary closed-cell resin material that is known for its comfort, cushioning, and lightweight properties.
Are they suitable for wearing in water?
Yes, the Croslite material is water-friendly and easy to clean, making them suitable for beach or pool use. However, be mindful of slippery surfaces when wet.
How should I clean my Crocs Coast Flips?
Clean with cold water and mild soap. Hand wash and air dry. Do not expose to high heat.
Can these be worn for long walks?
While comfortable for casual walking and extended wear due to their cushioning, they offer minimal arch support and may not be ideal for strenuous hiking or very long distances for everyone.
What is the heel height?
The heel height is flat, measuring under 2.5cm.
Do they come in other colors?
Yes, the Crocs Coast Flip is available in a variety of colors and color combinations.
Troubleshooting
Flip-flops feel too large/loose
As recommended, try sizing down one full size. If you are between sizes, consider ordering the smaller size.
Material feels stiff initially
Croslite material may feel a bit stiff upon first wear. Wear them around the house for a short period to allow them to mold to your foot shape.
Flip-flops are slippery when wet
Exercise caution on wet surfaces. While water-friendly, the smooth material can reduce traction when saturated.
Warping or shrinking of material
Avoid leaving the flip-flops in extreme heat (e.g., direct sun in a car, clothes dryer). Store in a cool, dry place.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Crocs Coast Flip requires no assembly. Simply remove from packaging and wear.
Compatibility: These are designed as unisex adult footwear. The product code is 212035. Recommended sizing advice is to order one full size down from your usual shoe size (e.g., if you typically wear a UK 8, order a UK 7).
Care: To clean your Crocs Coast Flips, use cold water and mild soap. Wash by hand and allow them to air dry completely. Avoid exposing them to high heat, such as direct sunlight for extended periods or placing them in a clothes dryer, as this can cause the Croslite material to warp or shrink.
