FAQs

Are these boots suitable for men?

These boots are specifically designed with a women's last (Fusionlast) for a tailored fit. While some men may find the fit works, they are optimized for female biomechanics.

How do I clean the Fibertouch upper?

Use a soft brush or damp cloth to gently clean the Fibertouch upper. Avoid excessive moisture and harsh cleaning agents.

What is the benefit of the Sprintframe Fusion soleplate?

The Sprintframe Fusion soleplate is designed for speed and agility, featuring a rotation-focused layout and specific stud configuration to enhance fast changes of direction and explosive movements.

Can I use these on a very wet natural grass pitch?

While designed for firm ground, they can be used on wet natural grass. However, for consistently very wet or soft ground, a SG (Soft Ground) stud pattern might offer better traction.

Do these boots come in other colors?

Yes, the F50 Sparkfusion Elite FG AG model is available in various colorways as part of different collections. Please check product listings for available options.

What does 'FG AG' mean?

'FG AG' indicates that the boots are suitable for both Firm Ground (natural grass) and Artificial Grass pitches.

How much do the boots weigh?

The boots weigh approximately 165g (based on a UK size 6).

Troubleshooting

Boots feel too tight or uncomfortable

Loosen the laces and re-tie them, ensuring an even distribution of pressure. If discomfort persists, the specific women's last may not be the ideal fit for your foot shape.

Reduced ball grip or control

Ensure the Sprintweb 3D texturing is clean and free from mud or debris. The texture is designed for optimal grip when clean.

Soleplate lacquer wearing off

This is a cosmetic issue that does not affect the performance or structural integrity of the boot. Continue to use as normal.

Studs feel slippery on certain surfaces

Verify that you are using the boots on the intended firm ground or artificial grass surfaces. Performance may vary on different pitch types.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Optimized fit for female athletes, reducing slippage and improving comfort.
  • Enhanced ball control thanks to Sprintweb 3D texturing.
  • Superior traction and agility with the rotation-focused Sprintframe Fusion soleplate.
  • Lightweight construction designed for speed.
  • Comfortable and supportive cushioning with the Fusionsole sockliner.

Cons

  • The women-specific fit might not suit all foot shapes.
  • Lacquer finish on the soleplate may wear off during play, though performance is unaffected.
  • Primarily designed for firm and artificial ground; performance on other surfaces may vary.
  • Midcut collar might take some getting used to for players preferring low-cut boots.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions

Setup: These football boots are ready to wear out of the box. Ensure they are laced to your preferred tightness using the standard lace closure system. The fit is designed to be snug, so take time to adjust the laces for optimal comfort and support.

Compatibility: The F50 Sparkfusion Elite FG AG model is specifically designed for use on firm ground (FG) and artificial grass (AG) surfaces. Using these boots on hard, abrasive surfaces like concrete or worn-out artificial turf may lead to premature wear of the soleplate and studs.

Care:

  1. Cleaning: After each use, remove excess dirt and mud with a soft brush or damp cloth. Avoid using harsh detergents or soaking the boots in water.
  2. Drying: Allow the boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place them near direct heat sources like radiators or hairdryers, as this can damage the materials.
  3. Storage: Store the boots in a cool, dry place, preferably in a shoe bag to protect them from dust and damage.
