The ON Cloud X Tempo Trainers are designed for active women who require a versatile hybrid shoe for mixed workouts and high-intensity training sessions. Combining the signature smooth cushioning of a performance running shoe with a secure, supportive upper, these trainers help you maintain intensity across various exercise routines; however, they may not offer the same level of specialized lateral stability found in dedicated weightlifting footwear.

Yes, they generally follow standard sizing. We recommend checking your UK size 5.5 fit against your current athletic footwear.
No, machine washing can damage the adhesive and material structure. Hand cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended.
Yes, the supportive upper is designed to assist with agility and side-to-side movements typical in HIIT sessions.
The beige colorway is stylish but may show dirt more readily than darker colors, requiring periodic wiping to keep clean.
The Cloud X Tempo is a hybrid trainer; if you are lifting very heavy, consider a dedicated weightlifting shoe with a flatter, firmer sole.
Use a soft brush to remove dried dirt, then gently clean the area with a damp cloth using a gentle detergent, avoiding harsh chemicals.
To ensure the best fit, ensure you are wearing the performance socks you typically use for training when testing your size. These trainers are designed for standard athletic use and do not require a break-in period for most users. For care, avoid machine washing. Instead, wipe the beige upper with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap to maintain the color. Always allow your shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent material degradation.
