GEAR4 Holborn Case for iPhone 11 Pro Max - Red

D3O® is a patented smart material used in the Holborn case. In its raw state, it flows freely, allowing it to be easily integrated into the case. However, upon impact, the molecules lock together, instantly forming a rigid shell to absorb and dissipate energy, then returning to a flexible state.

The GEAR4 Holborn case is designed to offer protection against drops up to 13 feet (4 meters). While it provides excellent resistance to impacts, no case can guarantee 100% protection against all possible drop scenarios.

No, the Holborn case is specifically designed to be slim and lightweight. It provides significant protection without adding excessive bulk, allowing your iPhone to fit comfortably in your pocket and hand.

Yes, the GEAR4 Holborn case is designed to be compatible with most standard screen protectors. The edge-to-edge design ensures ample clearance for most tempered glass or film screen protectors.

Clean the case with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For any persistent smudges, use a mild soap and water solution on the cloth, followed by a clean damp cloth. Always allow the case to air dry completely and avoid harsh chemicals.

The case features a soft-touch finish which generally provides a good grip. However, like all smooth finishes, it's advisable to handle your phone with care, especially in wet conditions.

The Holborn series specifically emphasizes a slim design combined with advanced D3O® protection. Different GEAR4 series may offer varying levels of protection, thickness, or additional features like integrated kickstands.

Ensure you have the correct model case (iPhone 11 Pro Max). Remove the phone and re-align it carefully, pressing firmly around all edges to ensure a secure fit. Check for any debris inside the case that might be preventing a proper fit.

Verify that your wireless charger is functioning correctly with other devices. Ensure the iPhone is centered on the charging pad. While the case is wireless charging compatible, very thick or poorly designed charging pads may occasionally cause issues. Try repositioning the phone on the charger.

This can be common with new cases. Try using the buttons firmly a few times to 'break them in'. Ensure no debris is caught around the button cutouts. If the issue persists after several days of use, contact customer support.

This might indicate exposure to incompatible chemicals or extreme conditions. Try cleaning the affected area gently with a slightly damp cloth. If the material is degrading, it may be time to consider a replacement.
