FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running marathons?
These shoes are designed for casual wear and light training. For marathon running, specialized running shoes with advanced support and cushioning are recommended.
How do I know if the wide fit is right for me?
The wide fit is designed to offer more room in the forefoot and midfoot compared to a standard fit. If you often find regular shoes constricting, this wide fit should provide greater comfort.
Can I wear these shoes in the rain?
The textile upper offers minimal protection against moisture. They are not waterproof and are best suited for dry conditions or light drizzle. Avoid heavy rain or puddles.
What is the weight of a single shoe?
A single shoe weighs approximately 605g.
What material is the upper made of?
The upper is made of textile, which provides breathability and flexibility.
Do these shoes have removable insoles?
The product description does not specify if the insoles are removable. However, the integrated arch support is part of the shoe's construction.
How do I find other available sizes or colors?
You can check the product listing or the brand's official website for other available sizes and colorways. Similar models may be available under the Cloudfoam Flex series.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight
Loosen the laces and adjust the fit. If the issue persists, consider if the wide fit is sufficient or if a larger size is needed.
Reduced cushioning over time
While the Cloudfoam is durable, cushioning can naturally decrease with extensive use. Ensure proper care to maximize lifespan. For significant wear, replacement may be necessary.
Traction is poor on wet surfaces
The synthetic outsole offers general traction. Be cautious on very wet or slippery surfaces, as performance may be reduced. Ensure the outsole is clean from debris.
Inner lining feels rough
Ensure socks are worn to provide a comfortable barrier. If a defect is suspected, contact customer support.
