The Mountain Warehouse Moon II Ski Trousers are designed for adult women seeking reliable warmth and weather protection during winter sports and alpine activities. These trousers excel in providing comfort in temperatures as low as -20c thanks to their high-quality microfibre insulation, though users should be mindful that while water-resistant, they are intended for active snow use rather than extreme mountaineering expeditions.

Yes, the braces are detachable for your convenience depending on your preferred fit.
They are water-resistant with a DWR coating, meaning they handle snow and light showers well, but are not classified as fully waterproof for heavy rain.
They are designed to keep you comfortable in temperatures as low as -20c.
Yes, they feature two side zip pockets for secure storage.
We recommend a gentle machine wash or hand wash with a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners to maintain the water-resistant finish.
Yes, the side zip ankles allow for extra width, making them compatible with most standard ski and snowboard boots.
The DWR coating may need refreshing; apply a wash-in or spray-on water repellent treatment designed for technical outerwear.
Ensure the integrated snow gaiters are pulled down over your boots and the touch-fastening closure is securely engaged.
Ensure you are using moisture-wicking base layers; cotton layers can trap sweat and make you feel colder.
To ensure your trousers last multiple seasons, proper care is essential. Always ensure the side zip ankles are fully closed before heading out to prevent snow buildup. When washing, use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners, as these can compromise the DWR water-resistant coating. It is recommended to air dry the trousers away from direct heat sources to preserve the integrity of the microfibre fill. For the best compatibility, wear these with thermal base layers to maximize heat retention in extreme cold.
