FAQs
Are these shoes waterproof?
The product description does not explicitly state these are waterproof. They are designed for general wear and may offer some resistance to light moisture but are not fully waterproof.
How do I choose the right size?
Refer to the sizing chart provided by the retailer or manufacturer. It is recommended to measure your foot and compare it to the UK sizing guide.
Can I wear these for running marathons?
No, the Cloud 6 Geo trainers are designed for everyday comfort and light activities. For marathon running, specialized running shoes with advanced support and cushioning are recommended.
What is the main benefit of CloudTec technology?
CloudTec technology provides superior cushioning by absorbing impact forces, offering a soft landing and a responsive feel during movement.
How often should I clean my trainers?
Clean your trainers as needed, especially after exposure to dirt or significant use. Regular light cleaning helps maintain their appearance and prolong their lifespan.
Are these suitable for people with wide feet?
The fit can be average to slightly narrow. If you have particularly wide feet, it is advisable to try them on before purchasing or to look for models specifically designed for wider fits.
What does the Speedboard do?
The Speedboard is engineered to enhance energy return and provide a stable platform, promoting a smooth transition from heel strike to toe-off for improved performance.
Troubleshooting
Toggle fastening becomes loose
Ensure the toggle is securely tightened. If the toggle mechanism is faulty, contact customer support.
Slight squeaking noise during wear
This can sometimes occur with new shoes. Try wearing them for a few more sessions. If it persists, a small amount of talcum powder under the insole might help.
Uneven wear on the outsole
Check your gait and ensure you are not dragging your feet. Consistent pressure and proper walking form can help prevent premature wear.
Difficulty getting feet into the shoe
Utilize the rear pull tab. Loosen the toggle fastening completely before inserting your foot.
