Never use a tumble dryer, as the high temperatures can warp the rings and damage the padded strap materials. When adjusting, the rear straps can be tightened or loosened to suit your specific torso length. The hook-and-eye closure at the back is designed for a secure fit; ensure the hooks are fully engaged before wearing to prevent fabric wear.
