The Levis 501 Original Short Z8667 Light is designed for adult females seeking a vintage-inspired, high-rise denim short. Its key benefit is a universally flattering fit that defines the waist and offers a comfortable, straight cut through the hip and thigh. A potential caveat is that, being 100% cotton, the shorts may not offer stretch and might require careful sizing. This iconic style is updated with a modern high rise, featuring a button fly, 5-pocket styling, and a unique chewed hem.

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Tumble dry medium and warm iron if necessary. Avoid dry cleaning.
The 'chewed hem' refers to a distressed, uneven, or frayed edge finish at the bottom of the shorts, giving them a vintage, worn-in look.
The 501 Original fit is designed to be universally flattering, with a high rise and straight cut. However, individual fit can vary.
Wash in cold water and tumble dry on medium. Avoid high heat drying to minimize shrinkage. Wearing them will help the denim conform to your body.
Wear the shorts frequently to allow the 100% cotton denim to break in and mold to your body. Avoid high heat drying which can cause further shrinkage.
Some fraying is characteristic of the chewed hem style. If excessive fraying occurs, you can carefully trim loose threads or consider a professional alteration if preferred.
Ensure you have consulted the specific Levis size chart for shorts and measured your waist accurately. Remember that 100% cotton may fit differently than stretch denim.
Setup: These shorts require no setup; they are ready to wear upon purchase.
Compatibility: Designed for adult females, the fit is intended to be straight through the hip and thigh with a high rise. Refer to the size chart for specific waist measurements.
