No, it is highly recommended to hand wash only to protect the integrity of the cashmere fibers.
High-quality cashmere is known for being extremely soft and is generally considered non-irritating for infant skin.
This garment is manufactured in Italy.
Store the sweater folded in a drawer to prevent the weight of the garment from pulling the shape out of alignment.
Moncler uses high-quality materials for hardware, but if your child has specific metal sensitivities, it is best to inspect the button backing closely.
This is common with natural cashmere. Use a cashmere comb or a fabric shaver gently to remove the pilled fibers.
Ensure you are laying the item completely flat while drying. Avoid hanging the garment, as the weight of the water stretches the knit.
Because this garment is crafted from delicate cashmere, proper care is essential to maintain its lifespan. Do not machine wash or tumble dry this sweater, as heat and agitation will shrink and damage the wool. Instead, use a mild detergent specifically formulated for wool or cashmere in a basin of cool water. Gently squeeze the fabric without twisting, then rinse and lay flat on a towel in the shade to dry. Avoid direct sunlight during the drying process to prevent color fading of the vibrant red finish.
