The COMHOMA Heavy-Duty Executive Office Chair is designed for big and tall users who prioritize ergonomics and durability during long hours of work or gaming. Featuring a high-back design, retractable footrest, and integrated lumbar support, it offers significant relief for those prone to back strain; however, its substantial frame requires ample floor space, making it less suitable for compact home office corners.

Yes, the high-back design is specifically engineered to provide adequate support for tall users.
The footrest is integrated into the chair's structure and is designed to remain with the unit for optimal balance and functionality.
While it is a heavy-duty model, the robust construction is necessary to ensure safety and stability for users of all sizes.
Yes, this series is available in black, blue, orange, green, and white to match your workspace decor.
No, all necessary tools and hardware are included in the box for a standard assembly process.
The casters are designed for general use; however, for deep-pile carpets, a chair mat is recommended to ensure smooth movement.
Check that all base bolts are securely tightened and verify that the casters are fully inserted into the star base.
Check for obstructions near the reclining mechanism and ensure the tension control knob is adjusted to a suitable level for your body weight.
Apply a light silicone-based lubricant to the metal joints and ensure all hardware is properly tightened.
Assembly is straightforward but best performed on a soft surface to avoid scratching the finish. Ensure all bolts are fully tightened after the first week of use, as initial settling may occur. To maintain the chair, wipe the upholstery regularly with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and prevent debris from settling into the seams. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the material over time. Ensure the base is placed on a flat, level surface to prevent uneven wear on the wheels and gas lift cylinder.
