A necessity for climbers who insist on a harness that is more supportive and lightweight! Aquila is a harness for sport climbing, trad climbing, and mountaineering. The wide, comfortable waistbelt is ideal for all body types and adjustable leg loops adapt to clothing for climbing in any season. With a slim and lightweight design, it gives you great freedom of movement and remains comfortable while hanging. Five large gear loops make it versatile and ideal for use in the mountains or trad climbing excursions, and reinforced tie-in points help provide lasting resistance to rope friction. The harness features a wide belt adapted to large sizes for better load distribution using FUSEFRAME technology for a thin and flexible waistband with minimal weight. Adjustable thighs with DOUBLEBACK HD buckles adapt to different body types and clothing depending on the season. Flexibility of the leg loops-trigger guard connection provides maximum comfort when climbing. It includes two rigid front gear loops for easy clipping and unclipping of quickdraws, two flexible rear gear loops to bring gear forward and compatible with carrying a backpack, and two loops for CARITOOL tool holders. A rear ring is available for accessories such as a chalk bag, shoes, quick link, or hoisting rope. Reinforced high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tie-in points increase resistance to rope chafing. The belt and leg loops are equipped with DOUBLEBACK HD buckles in forged aluminum for good grip and smooth sliding of the tightening strap, allowing for easy and quick adjustment. The outer fabric is rugged and abrasion-resistant. The harness is delivered in a transport and protection pouch. Certifications: CE EN 12277 type C, UIAA. Composition: polyamide, polyester, EVA, polyurethane, aluminium, high density polyethylene.
