Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best fit, adjust the waistband straps before putting on your boots to ensure a snug, comfortable seal. If you prefer using the included braces, attach them securely and adjust the length so there is minimal tension on your shoulders when standing upright. When combining these with ski boots, make sure the internal gaiters are pulled down over the boot shells, not tucked inside, to maximize snow protection. For cleaning, use a technical gear wash recommended for waterproof garments; avoid using heavy fabric softeners as they can strip the DWR finish. Periodically re-treat the outer fabric with a DWR spray if you notice water stopping to bead on the surface.
