Troubleshooting
Mat is shedding fibers.
Vacuum the mat regularly to remove loose fibers. This is common with natural fiber mats.
Stains appear on the mat.
Blot spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid rubbing, as this may spread the stain. For tougher stains, consult a professional rug cleaner.
The mat is slipping on the floor.
Use a non-slip rug pad underneath the mat to prevent movement and increase safety.
